Acute ischemic stroke. Incomplete ricanalization of a right internal carotid artery occlusion

A 45 years old man with acute ischemic stroke presented left hemiplegia and dysarthria with right ICA occlusion. After successful thrombectomy, partial reocclusion of the artery occurred. Could be pharmacological management different?
